  • Zalogowanie do platformy HelpSystem będzie możliwe po otrzymaniu loginu oraz hasła od firmy InstalSoft. W celu otrzymania danych do logowania, należy skontaktować się z polską siedzibą firmy InstalSoft.

Wytyczne dla edycji

  • Treść artykułów należy formułować w trybie bezosobowym (np. "wpisać", "uzupełnić").
  • Podstawowe zasady edycji MediaWiki: http://pool.test.help.instalsoft.com/Dokumentacja_edytora.
  • Nie należy tłumaczyć ani modyfikować znaków specjalnych oraz identyfikatorów, np. <....>
  • Dopuszczalna jest zmiana szyku zdania przy zachowaniu istoty wypowiedzi.
  • Nie wolno wprowadzać żadnych zmian w artykułach w innych językach.
  • Aktualna wersja edytowanej (nieopublikowanej) wersji artykułu dostępna jest w zakładce "Oczekuje na przejrzenie".

Tłumaczenie nowego artykułu HS

  • Strona artykułu w języku docelowym powinna być założona automatycznie, jako artykuł ze zredukowaną, szablonową treścią oraz tytułem skopiowanym z wersji EN
  • Skopiować całą treść najnowszej wersji artykułu z wersji bazowej, źródłowej dla tłumaczenia (najczęściej PL lub EN).
  • Wkleić skopiowaną treść do strony w języku docelowym, jednocześnie usuwając znajdującą się tam do tej pory treść zredukowaną, szablonową (nadpisać, a nie dodać).
  • Na czas edycji usunąć pierwszy wiesz zawierający HelpContext, np. 
    <IS_HELP id="HS22"/>
    (jego obecność powodowałaby automatyczne nadpisywanie, w cyklu dobowym, treści edytowanej i jeszcze nie opublikowanej, wcześniejszą wersją treści, która posiada status opublikowanej)
  • Przetłumaczyć artykuł.
  • Datę w tabelce artykułu w okienku "przetłumaczone z wersji" pozostawić bez zmian.
  • Przetłumaczyć tytuł artykułu poprzez utworzenie przekierowania.
    1. Zmiana tytułu artykułu.

  • Opublikować artykuł zgodnie z procedurą publikacji poniżej.

Dotłumaczanie istniejącego artykułu HS

  • Zweryfikować różnice wymagające dotłumaczenia poprzez porównanie (zakładka "Wyświetl historię") treści najnowszej wersji bazowej z wersją z dnia kiedy było wykonywane ostatnie tłumaczenie (data w tabelce artykułu w okienku "ostatnia aktualizacja").
    • Odczytać z tabelki projektu datę ostatniego tłumaczenia artykułu, który będzie dotłumaczany.
    • Otworzyć artykuł w wersji bazowej i wyświetlić zakładkę "Wyświetl historię". W celu zwiększenia ergonomii tłumaczenia sugeruje się skorzystać z drugiego okna przeglądarki, a w miarę możliwości z drugiego ekranu.
    • Zaznaczyć datę odczytaną z tabelki artykułu, datę ostatniej edycji i wybrać opcję "Porównaj".
    • Zaznaczone zmiany wprowadzić do tłumaczonego artykułu.
  • Po zakończeniu tłumaczenia zaktualizować datę w tabelce artykułu w okienku "ostatnia aktualizacja", podając datę z wersji bazowej, która jest tłumaczona.
  • Opublikować artykuł zgodnie z procedurą publikacji poniżej.

Publikacja

  • Wkleić w pierwszym wierszu HelpContext, np. skopiowany z artykułu bazowego.
  • Po zakończeniu prac nad tłumaczeniem artykułu należy wykonać publikację artykułu poprzez zatwierdzenie przetłumaczonej wersji.
  • W razie braku uprawnień do publikacji, po zakończeniu prac nad tłumaczeniem artykułu należy skontaktować się z polską siedzibą firmy InstalSoft.
